Paste the central kitchen's daily Orders Recap and get back every production sheet - DC & Retail make lists, bread, prep, fruit, packout and stickers - across 36 campus locations. Replaces a hand-built 39-tab spreadsheet. Runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
HOW IT WORKS
- Paste or upload the day's Orders Recap - each line is one café ordering N of an item. A file holding several days is fine; it uses the first recap.
- DC G&G & Retail G&G are the make sheets: how many of each sandwich, salad and wrap to build, split into the Worcester DC batch vs. the retail cafés, each with its bread-to-defrost and chicken-to-cook totals.
- Fruit totals the fruit cups and the bulk fruit (lbs) to cut.
- Prep rolls every order up into sliced meats, cheeses, vegetables and dressings to prep.
- Packout is the per-café pick grid with tray counts; Stickers is the label run — DC (FoodPro) and retail (Harvest Fresh).
Replaces a manual spreadsheet workflow for the Worcester central production kitchen (UMass Dining). Sample data shown is anonymized.
